Billing rules
- The first render of each included piece of content uses no credits.
- System retries and technical recoveries are never charged.
- Credits are reserved before a costly operation, then settled on actual usage.
- The 4 long-form videos are counted per billing period, the 3 Shorts per Monday-to-Sunday week.
